  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Rates and delivery times will be provided at checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies by destination and can range from 7-14 business days or longer due to customs processing.

4. International Shipping

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Regulations Compliance: Please ensure that the product complies with your country’s import regulations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your Orchestra Chair arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned Packages: Packages returned due to incorrect address information will incur additional shipping charges for reshipment.

9. Backorders and Pre-Orders

  • Backordered Items: If an item is backordered, we will notify you with the option to wait for restocking or to receive a refund.

  • Pre-Order Shipping: Estimated shipping dates for pre-ordered items will be provided. Actual shipping dates may vary.
